Thank you for visiting and shopping at My Custom Surfboard Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy


We wrap your custom board with 3 layers of protection before putting on an extra layer soft foam inserts to protect the rails. 

Then a layer of corrugated cardboard goes over the side, with the nose and tail protected with a combination of styrofoam and cardboard. 

Finally it is all nicely packaged in a large cardboard box that offers even more protection to ensure your board will arrive with no dings, no worries! 

Shipment processing time

As all of our boards and custom made and printed times can vary. Production times typically takes 3-4 weeks from the time of order. If production times are higher than this are expected to business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

My Custom Surfboard ships to addresses within Australia only and can deliver to PO boxes if required.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

My Custom Surfboard is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).


My Custom Surfboard is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
